The Galvin is a new-construction multifamily community in Tampa conceived as a reflection of strength, resilience, and transformation—values expressed through both its architectural presence and interior composition. Designed as a luxury residential destination, the spatial plan encourages connection and fluid movement, bringing entertainment, wellness, and work-life flexibility into a cohesive living experience.

Drawing inspiration from the surrounding estuary landscape, the interiors balance organic textures with refined finishes, creating an atmosphere that feels both elevated and inviting. A thoughtfully sequenced arrival experience unfolds from the grand lobby into a series of amenity-driven spaces—including co-working lounges, social hubs, wellness areas, and recreation environments—culminating in a second-level Sky Lounge overlooking the organically shaped pool and landscaped deck below.

Developed through close collaboration with developers, architects, engineers, and construction teams, the project required strategic coordination across branding, technical integration, and code compliance. From concept through completion, Elle and team executed the design with clarity and leadership—resulting in a cohesive, amenity-rich community designed to foster connection while enduring at scale.
